Sheila - Center Director

Sheila graduated from the U of MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Psychology. She has worked as a Teacher with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children. Sheila was involved with the start up of two child care centers and two summer camps before she began Directing in March of 1996. She joined the St. Croix Kids Early Childhood Center team in June of 2001. Sheila and her husband have two children who both graduated from St.Croix Kids. Her son Joey, is currently attending UMD and her daugher Sami, is a Junior at the Stillwater Area High School. Sami also joined the St. Croix Kids team in Oct. of 2018.

My goal as director

For the children... To provide a safe, warm and fun place for children to grow and learn.
For the teachers...To recognize the personal worth of each employee by providing an environment that allows personal satisfaction in their work performed.
